T. V. Paul
Thazha Varkey Paul é Professor de Relações Internacionais no Departamento de Ciência Política da McGill University, em Montreal (Canadá), e membro da Royal Society of Canada. Foi presidente da International Studies Association (ISA) entre 2016 e 2017. É o diretor e fundador da Global Research Network on Peaceful Change (GRENPEC). Paul é autor ou editor de 22 livros, coeditor de 4 edições especiais de periódicos e autor de mais de 80 artigos acadêmicos/capítulos de livros nas áreas de Relações Internacionais, Segurança Internacional e Sul da Ásia. Ele é o autor dos seguintes livros: The Unfinished Quest: India’s Search for Major Power Status from Nehru to Modi (Oxford University Press, publicação agendada para 2024); Restraining Great Powers: Soft Balancing from Empires to the Global Era (Yale University Press, 2018); The Warrior State: Pakistan in the Contemporary World (Oxford University Press, 2013); Globalization and the National Security State (com N. Ele é editor-chefe do Oxford Handbook of Peaceful Change in International Relations (Oxford University Press, 2021).
