Gladys Beatriz Barreyro
Graduated in Letters from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA,) Master in Social Sciences from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) and PhD in Education from the University of São Paulo (FE-USP). She completed her postdoctoral research at the Center for International Higher Education at Boston College and was a visiting professor at the University of Bristol's School of Education, conducting research on the quality of the global higher education agenda. Barreyro is a professor at USP's School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH-USP) and works in the Graduate Programs in Education and Integration of Latin America. Member of the Universitas / BR network of the GT11 in Superior Education, linked to the National Association of Postgraduation and Research in Education (ANPED), and of the Work Group on University and Education Policies of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO). Together with the team of the Research Group in Politics and History of Higher Education Evaluation (GEPPHAES,) she participates in a research project supported by the educational sector of Mercosur while developing research on international rankings of universities at USP's Institute of Advanced Studies. |
