Vint Cerf, internet pioneer, in a discussion on network governance

The webinar "The Challenges of Internet Governance," promoted by the Oscar Sala Chair on November 16, 2020, was attended by mathematician Vint Cerf, one of the emblematic figures of the pioneering projects and development of the internet. In his presentation, Cerf addressed two themes: technical governance, chronicling the evolution of this process in the United States since the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET), and internet governance policies.
